Electionation is an informational hub connecting visitors with independent organizations, volunteer opportunities and a book. This policy describes the static Electionation website at electionation.com.

Information collected by this website

The website has no account registration, on-site signup forms or ballot upload feature. It does not ask you to enter your address, voting choices or ballot information. Following a link does not submit a volunteer application to Electionation.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted through Namecheap. The hosting service may record ordinary access and security logs, including your IP address, requested page or asset, time of access, browser information and referring page. These records may be used to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it from abuse. Hosting log settings and retention are managed through the hosting account; this website does not set a separate retention period for those logs.

Email correspondence

If you email support@ballotbar.com, we receive your email address and the contents you choose to send, including attachments. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and handle related follow-up. Please do not email ballot selections, identification documents or other sensitive personal information. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies and analytics

This static implementation includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social feeds, third-party font requests or code that sets cookies or browser storage. Fonts and images are served with the site. The hosting provider or infrastructure may process technical information to deliver and secure requests; its practices are separate from the site’s code.

External organizations and services

Partner links take you to BallotBar, The Progressive Network and This Will Hold / The Common Coalition through Substack. The book purchase links take you to Amazon and Lulu. Volunteer links take you to SignupGenius, where any signup information is collected by that service and the signup organizer under their own policies. The Instagram link takes you to Instagram. When you visit these sites, they may collect information, use cookies or require an account. Electionation does not control their privacy practices and does not receive your submissions through this website. Review each destination’s privacy policy before providing information.

Privacy questions
